Same design but longer lasting battery and sound improvement
Available in black, white and blue color the Galaxy Buds Plus appears more or less the same as previous version, but the hardware got something new.
The buds can play up to 11 hours, not to mention the charging case can provide 20 hours more.
I thought it is built with BA and Dynamic driver but it’s not, the Plus has dual dynamic driver, 3 microphones (for better call quality and reduce the background noise while taking calls).
Samsung seems to hesitate to include the ANC to their product, which Apple (Airpods Pro) and Sony (WF-1000XM3) already did.
Samsung adds a new feature to trigger the steaming music app, Spotify by just tap and hold the left bud.
It retails for less $100 than Airpods Pro.
Galaxy Buds Plus’s highlights
- Battery life: 11 hours
- Dual dynamic driver – more dynamic sound
- Better call quality
- Quick charging – 3 minutes gives 1 hour of listening
- Wireless charging case
- Ambient sound mode is adjustable that let’s user choose how much they want to hear the world while wearing the Plus
