I started noticing this brand with FIIL T1X TWS – budget model that sound good for the price and higher end models like FIIL CC – that copys the AirPods housing design and sounding profile and they did great. The FIIL CC Pro (Pro means ANC) are the latest pair from this brand. They are cheap and offer workable features.
With wireless charging, automatic ear detection and multiple modes for noise cancellation, the FIIL CC PRO have all features that AirPods Pro do, and are sold for much less.
Charging case is compact and solid build quality. The buds appear with long-stem, the housings are quite comfortable to fit into the ear. Typically I don’t see this design stands out, just general looking at its best.
The buds are equipped with Airoha chipset for great call quality with 3 mics on each bud – to capture the user’s voice and other tasks related to NC and transparency feature. They offer 4 modes NC modes – it maximizes the NC performance, monitoring mode – let you hear the notification sound clearly if you at train station, transparent mode – you can hear the whole world around you while wearing the bud and wind mode – when you riding bike or running outdoor – it focuses on cancelling out the wind noises.
Bluetooth chipsets makers like Airoha have developed more models and added more functions to their chipsets to compete with Apple’s inhouse chip and Qualcomm. Their most recent functions are ambient sound mode, hybrid ANC, side tone feature and Programmable EQ.
If you look for something cheap, decent performance for all existing features to date in TWS earbuds, the FIIL CC PRO will be most likely a choice.
